The last week of June brings excitement every year with the Ardeca Ypres Rally, the highlight of the Belgian rally season and, for many fans, it is “Holy Week”. This year, the Holy Week kicks off with “Stage 0” on Saturday, 20 June organised by Club Superstage. A festive presentation will feature numerous rally teams on the Grote Markt in Ypres, followed by a welcoming evening with rally enthusiasts.
In recent years, more and more teams, including many local ones, have organised presentations in the lead-up to the Ypres Rally. This year, Club Superstage, in collaboration with eventorganisers Niels Pierpont and Nikias Priem, wish to offer teams the opportunity and a chance to connect with their fans on the Grote Markt.
From 6 p.m., the cars will line up in front of the Cloth Hall and the teams will be interviewed. Then they can socialise with other teams and rally fans, with snacks and drinks offering an ideal way to mingle. A DJ will provide the perfect atmosphere. Registration for Stage 0 will be possible via the registration module.
The rally week will also conclude in style with the “Ultimate Stage” on Saturday 27 June 27th, from 8 p.m. as a warm-up for the finish podium. Once the drivers have passed over the finish ramp, the tent on the Grote Markt will be the place to find drivers, teams, officials, staff, rally fans, and partygoers. This party will be a great way to conclude a fantastic rally week!
