The Ardeca Ypres Rally, a world class event with international appeal

The 59th Ardeca Ypres Rally will on 21-22 June 21. This is the top event of the Belgian Rally Championship is an event that is internationally highly regarded. It means thath means that many of the world’s best rally drivers appear at the start every year. The Ypres Rally was a presteigous round of the FIA European Rally Championship for many years and in 2021 and 2022 it was the only Belgian rally that could be part of the FIA World Rally Championship. In addition to the well-known shakedown and qualifying stage, held in Nieukerke on 20 June, the Ypres Rally returns to Boezinge on Wednesday 19 June with the Noël Franklin Shakedown. It marks the official and particularly festive start of the so-called “holy week” in Ypres.
