Ypres Regularity
Ypres Historic Regularity 2024 timed by Momento: registrations are pouring in

As October is just around the corner, anyone wanting to take advantage of the reduced Early Bird registration rate must be quick, as it is only available for a few more days. Plenty of teams have already registered for the Ypres Historic Regularity timed by Momento, over 100 teams for the Regularity and Revival combined.

The event has a huge international allure with drivers from France, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Great Britain, Denmark and even Latvia having registered. They will be up against the best of the Belgian duos including: De Jaeger, Reuter-Vandevorst, Wante-Wante, Deflandre-Noelanders, Varrewaere-Cracco, Van Remoortel-Clauw, Dupont-Dupont, Declerck-Pyck, Delhez-Gengoux and Van Calster-Deplancke. Anyone who wants to beat these specialists will have to be on the top of their game as Club Superstage and JBR Events have set out a challenging course for the three-day classic. A course that must be completed on winter tyres, because these are mandatory for everyone this time.

The competition gets underway on Friday 22 November, with the redesigned Boezinge stage providing a longer test than in the previous years. In addition, there will be another stamp control in the centre of Boezinge, with the picturesque village providing a pleasant rally atmosphere. There are two passages planned, with a regularity test of no less than 50 kilometres.

After a short night’s rest, the race continues on Saturday morning in the Westhoek. It features two closed road stages, including one brand new one and a remake of the popular closed road stage in the centre of Mesen. Both stages will be completed twice.

In the afternoon, the Regularity heads towards Hainaut, where deserted concrete tracks guarantee challenges and position changes. The crews will return to Ypres at around 4 pm.

Before sunrise on Sunday, the classic Early Bird Stage follows, with 37 km awaiting the crews. It is a solid opener of a final day that will undoubtedly challenge the field. You can be guaranteed that tension grips us all until the very last metr
